What I Offer
I support families through every season of the reproductive journey โ the celebrated moments and the ones that often go unwitnessed.
The fertility journey can be one of the most emotionally complex experiences a person goes through. Whether you're just beginning to try, navigating medicated cycles, IUI, IVF, or recurrent loss โ the emotional weight is real, and it deserves real support.
As someone currently on my own fertility journey, I understand firsthand what it's like to hold hope and grief simultaneously. I bring both lived experience and a deeply compassionate presence to this space.
My fertility support includes emotional check-ins, help navigating appointments, understanding your treatment options, and simply being a consistent, non-judgmental presence throughout the process.
Pregnancy brings so many feelings โ wonder, anxiety, joy, fear โ sometimes all in the same hour. I walk beside you from early pregnancy through to birth, offering evidence-based information, emotional presence, and continuity of care.
My medical assistant background means I'm comfortable bridging the clinical and emotional sides of care, helping you understand what your providers are telling you, advocating for yourself in appointments, and preparing for what comes next.
No question is too small. No fear is too big. I'm here for all of it.
Birth is one of the most transformative experiences a person can go through. I provide continuous, hands-on support from early labor through the birth of your baby, ensuring you feel informed, empowered, and held throughout the entire process.
I'm there in ways that go beyond what your medical team can offer โ physical comfort measures, emotional reassurance, birth space support, and advocacy for your birth preferences. I work alongside your care team, not instead of them.
The weeks and months after birth can be as challenging as any part of the journey. Your body is healing, your identity may be shifting, and the world often moves on faster than you're ready. I don't.
Postpartum support looks different for every family. It might be practical help, emotional processing, breastfeeding encouragement, or simply having someone who asks how you're doing. I show up for whatever you need.
Loss is a season too โ and it deserves the same tenderness and witnessing as any other. Whether you are facing a miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR, or the loss of a baby after birth, your grief is real, your baby mattered, and you do not have to carry this alone.
I come to this work with personal experience. My son Danny passed away in the NICU at 9 days old after a high-risk pregnancy. I know what it is to hold so much love and so much grief at the same time. I bring that understanding โ not as something that qualifies me above others, but as something that connects me deeply to this work and to you.
